These investments are liquid and easy to understand. There is no reason to regulate them.

Dear Overactive Regulators -
I'm a big boy. I can read a prospectus. Please don't place any further obstacles in my path as I attempt to navigate the toxic economic environment the government has created. If you want to restrict the actions of people who do not have a basic understanding of economics and financial markets, please start with Congress. It is a target rich
Is this a problem these people are worried about? I have been investing many years without their help. I thought I lived in AMERICA not RUSSIA. Go help solve the many problems this country is facing. Stay out of my financial solutions. Thanks for this chance to voice my opinions. As a military vet I should be able to live in a country that I helped to protect. THANKS
Dear FINRA regulators,
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest, including the restriction to buy leveraged and inversed funds.
I came to the U.S considering that it is the wealthiest country in the world and it should be an example for the rest of the world. One of the best things in the U.S is you have the freedom to choose almost whatever you want, as long as you don't harm anyone
We should be allowed to invest in funds we like to invest. all regulator should make sure that funds disclose their investment practice clearly and funds are not doing any fraud or providing miss information to investor. regulators should not discriminate small investors but provide all exceptions to big investors assuming they are very well educated and risk aware.. infect big investors are on
I am not a regulator and want to be able to invest as needed without tests and other restrictions. Inverse funds are a needed tool to balance risks
I believe the safeguards in existence are sufficient. Please allow us to make our own decisions on which investments are right for us.
I feel this is yet again Wallstreet attacking us normal citizens from investing freely as we see fit. They should not be able to shut us down period, we live in a free country and it's my right to invest as I see fit, without being attacked by investing corporations who are mad that they are not getting a piece of my pie so to speak.
To whom it may concern:
I believe there are enough regulations concerning the purchasing of leveraged and inverse funds. There is no reason to make additional requirements for the purchase of these investment products.
Dear FINRA Members, As well as you may know, in Argentina we have serious limitations or restrictions to manage our own surplus money. And that's the reason why I thought your country was a bit different from ours, because you have the freedom (as in many other things) to invest in whatever you want to. Now, reading about all these "rules" "tests" , etc only brings me bad
