Regulators do not need to further impact the ability of retail investors acting within the market. Cheap and effective access to leverage should not be taken away from retail investors. Please leave the ETF investment choices as is. I use inverse and leveraged ETFs often. I understand how they work and use them as tools to reach goals. When used correctly they can actually reduce risk

I should be able to invest my money as I see fit. This is just another attempt by the government to control us. Some states authorize on line gambling, much worse than me investing as I see fit.
