As an investor I should be able to make my own investment decisions without any oversight from regulators. I educate myself before I make any financial decisions. Stay out of my financial well-being.
Dear FINRA, i do not have to go through any special process whit a test before I can investin public securities, suchs as leveraged and inverse funds. I am smart enough to understand what a leveraged and inverse funds is and should not be limited by any regulation imposed on me. I dont need regulations invented for people who think they are more capable than me, to decide on the risk I take

We deserve to keep the freedom to choose how we want to invest our money. Limiting access to investment opportunities will only widen the gap between the everyday American and institutional investors.

Leveraged funds have been a part of my portfolio since 2009. They are important to my long term goals. I would not want to see unreasonable regulations imposed. Schwab always posts a disclosure regarding these types of investments.
I received my class 7 license over 40 years ago. I don't need help from regulators to make my investment choices.
