Dear Sirs, I'm sure you think you're doing a great thing invoking the protection of Morons Act but that's Wall Street, hate to tell you and every Americans has a right to trade well or trade badly. That's his or her choice as a citizen.Ive lost and gained thousands as a small player myself to 3x's ETFs mainly because you and the Fed weren't being honest about the trillions you pumped into the stock and bond market post financial crash. You lied to us then and you're probably lying to us now. We don't need any help from you to trade stocks, bonds, ETFs, options, etc. I suggest you clean up your own house and double up on SEC employees before going after ETF traders because some dottery old lady lost her savings, sirs. It's completely obvious and stated in the bylaws of ETFs that they are or can be very risky. What case do you have? A lot of people such as myself, for example, who sold Apple too early and would like to catch up, play 3X's. Why is that suddenly suspect?
