I can regulate my own investment. Don't need government regulation that hinder my ability to invest in what I believe is attractive.
I should be able to make my own decisions about what I want to invest in, especially leveraged funds. I cant short items or use options, so leveraged funds allow me to make returns in down markets.
How dare you tell me what I can invest in! I have many years of experience, and I make my own decisions. It is not up to you to tell me what is an approximate investment for my account!

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies, especially during periods like right now where the stock market is going down most of the time or theres much turmoil. I understand that leveraged and inverse funds and their risks but I have been trading them for months. Everything is fine.

Please reconsider limiting who may invest in leveraged funds and inverse funds. We are quickly seeing only those who are already financially established being allowed to invest in securities that have potential for high upside. As such, the cards are being stacked against the average investor, even those who are willing to educate themselves and accept the risks.
