I would like to freely be able to invest my hard working earned money in any trust that I find suitable to my and my familys future. If Im taking a risk I would like to be the responsible person to be able judge my actions based on that without the interference of any other entities dictating to me where to invest.

Dear FINRA, LETFs are not "complex" products. They are very simple to use. I can simply buy them to introduce modest amount of leverage to my diversified and safe portfolio. LETFs allow me to easily adjust the risk and reward levels in my portfolio. They are SIMPLE instruments. Simplest form of leverage, and the wildest of them are only 3x leveraged. I am self-employed and chose to invest my own retirement and cash/margin
