Please remember that we are the people who elect you. We should be able to invest as we see fit. I am confused as to why the government wants to restrict my ability to make my own investment decisions. I could understand if this were China or Russia. I feel like the party system here is becoming repressive to the point where individuals are devalued because we cant afford lobbyists.
Investors not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for us. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. There shouldn't be a process for determining who is capable in investing in complex securities. I use leveraged inverse funds to protect my investments, as hedges in a bear market. I am concerned that these proposed rules would give FINRA a big step toward micromanaging what is an allowable investment for the average citizen. I believe the existing rules are sufficiently protective (if properly followed by the industry) of the average investor. So there is not a pressing need to add this type of complexity to the investment process in order to deal with "complex"

Hello, I dont want my rights limited in terms of my investment choices. Im an informed investor and dont want to lose access to these funds.
We should be allowed to invest in crypto funds. I do not know why I need more red tape
