I am an individual investor. I do not consider inverse and leveraged ETPs to be complex. Inverse ETPs are an intuitive and straightforward way for the average investor to hedge against long positions in their 401K using a self-directed trading account. My colleagues and I have learned that it can be counterproductive to move funds in our 401Ks into cash and back into long term investments, given

I have been having freedom on my own investments for a decade, and want to maintain my current freedom to invest in public securities of my choosing. As an American citizen, I/anyone should be able to choose the public investments that are right for us! I am grateful that the freedom of the exchange-traded funds that empower me and my family to pursue our
Leveraged ETFs provide a valuable benefit to shareholders of all kinds. They generally allow exposure to go long or short an index and magnify that exposure, without the use of complex options which can quickly destroy a portfolio just by the passage of time. I personally use these leveraged ETFs to take advantage of making trading profits such that I not dependent on a buy and hold strategy or
I feel that it is not the government's job to operate as big brother and tell me what I can and can't invest MY money in as far as the stock market is concerned. I do not have access to swaps or private markets or high speed low latency connections to exchanges like big institutional traders do so I have to make do with what I have available. Leveraged and inverse ETFs

In response to FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08, I oppose all restrictions on my right, and on my right as trustee on behalf of beneficiaries to whom I owe duties, to invest in funds of my choosing.
By discriminating in favor of some shareholders over others, restrictions that have been proposed are a denial of equal protection under the law. They in effect would preselect who will prosper in
