I not government regulators, should have the freedom to invest in public companies as I see fit. I shouldnt be subject to special processes to have the freedom to invest as I see beneficial. I use leverage and inverse funds to help protect my other investments as insurance against potential losses or to seek greater returns.
I write ti make clear that I should be allowed, as an investor, to participate in any public investments such as leveraged an inverse funds. These should be available to all investors, not just the wealthy. It should be a level playing field.
