I understand the benefits and risks of investing in both leveraged and inverse funds. I make my own investment decisions. These funds are public securities. Regulators should not establish any rules or procedures that would inhibit my ability to invest in leveraged or inverse funds. Thank you.
I resent your interferrence with my investment decicions. I should be able to choose my investments like other investors. I know these are trading vehicles, but I have successfully used them as investments. I am perfectly capable of reading and understanding how they work. I don't need or want the government holding my hand and telling me what I can and can't invest in. I
i do not need to be protected from myself with leveraged funds. I understand their investment role and associated risks. I balance these risks with blue-chip stocks and they provide a way to improve the overall return of my portfolio without excessive risky behavior like crypto.
Let the people decide their own investments.
I want to be able to invest in leveraged ETFs it's a large part of my investment strategy and helps me build wealth. Please don't take that from me
Leveraged and inverse funds might be risky, but the investor is responsible for managing their risk. NOT THE GOVERNMENT!!!
Please allow private investor the ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds
It is OK to make me sign a document saying I understand these tools/structures/instruments are risky.
But preventing me from investing in such tools is out of the question. I am a grown up man, in his right mind, and I should be allowed to make my choices, some riskier than others, as long as I do not harm anyone else while doing so.
My ability to invest in leveraged & inverse funds shall not be limited.
