to whom it may concern. i oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged funds that are available for publics. leveraged funds play critical roles in my investment strategy and i am well aware of the risks in investing/trading in these funds. in fact, risks in buying these funds are too clear so that no tests or measurement of knowldege is required. hopefully FINRA regulators leave theses
I as a retail investor, hope to have the capability and freedom to trade leveraged and inverse funds. They are important to my portfolio especially in roth IRA where the option trade is restricted. I don't want to lose the tool of leveraged and inverse funds.
Leveraged investment is one of my strategy. I want to buy or sell leveraged equities that are best for my investment and without going through any special process.
I express my disdain at regulators trying to limit my individual rights to buy and sell as I please.
We should be allowed to make these decisions for ourselves. Plenty of other things you should spend your time on
I disagree with your proposed regulation to restrict the purchase of leveraged and inverse funds and dozens of other popular investments deemed to be complex unless you:
Pass a regulator-imposed test of your specialized investment knowledge
Demonstrate a high net worth
Get special approval from your broker
Attest to reading certain materials
Go through cooling off periods during which

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. As you continue to screw up the economy I need to be able to trade the opposite and I can do that myself.
