to whom it may concern. i oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged funds that are available for publics. leveraged funds play critical roles in my investment strategy and i am well aware of the risks in investing/trading in these funds. in fact, risks in buying these funds are too clear so that no tests or measurement of knowldege is required. hopefully FINRA regulators leave theses leveraged funds as is for public retail investors so that we can play a fair game against the privileged.
