Hi Finra, the american public should have the right to invest in leverage funds. I use them to trade commodities, indexes and where I have a long term position I use them to hedge my position. Hello, I strongly oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments like leveraged funds. I should not have to go through any special process and should be able to choose any public investments and not just limit them to the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
These is not right I want my freedom to buy and sale any stock these regulations is not right
Please do not limit my ability to buy investment products that are leveraged or inverse funds as these products allow me to put my portfolio in neutral much more easily that selling everything and then buying it back. I am fully aware of the risks and benefits.

I am completely opposed to any partial or complete restrictions on the right to invest in any public investments. I have been investing in the leveraged/inverse funds for portfolio hedging and have not found them to be any extra risky than regular funds as long as normal risk management process using proper stop loss is followed.
