Hi Finra, the american public should have the right to invest in leverage funds. I use them to trade commodities, indexes and where I have a long term position I use them to hedge my position. If you don't make these funds available, you will force investors to go to options, which are much harder to trade with. I think the FInra issue is that leveraged funds should not be held for the long term....sure I understand that, and if thats the concern tell investors of it using examples and make them acknowledge it. Cutting off access to these funds for the knowing public is a disservice to investors.
