Leveraged funds have helped me (a middle class American) access investment tools typically reserved for the ultra-wealthy. And my money is limited, so I dont place it in these funds without going through my own due diligence. Its absolutely a disgrace to limit my choice of these funds.

This is terrible. More regulation? Really? These investment strategies allow growth and individuals to compete and obtain long term wealth and gains.
