Let decide what funds I should invest in. Instead of investing individuals investor why not crack down on the institutions offering risk investment options without providing advice or education in those products
Regulators should not dictate what investment funds I choose to invest in. I should not have to take a test in order to invest. Please vote down this proposed regulation.
I have been investing in SQQQ SDOW and other leveraged and inverse funds for many years. I thoroughly understand the advantage and downside risks of such investments. I don't see special needs to prohibit availability of these important investments for investors like me. My years of experience and knowledge have qualified me to use these funds wisely and I see them as an invaluable
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I trade Proshares ETFs and would like to continue to. Please don't restrict me.
We/I oppose this FINRA Notice #22-08. I speak for 5 individual investors.

Freedom includes freedoms to make choices in regards to all areas of work, healthcare, enterprise, etc we need little government
Less Government Regulation is "always" a good rule!
There is way too much government regulation. The vast majority of investors are not idiots. I personally use leveraged and inverse funds as hedging instruments. Performance statistics on leveraged and inverse funds are readily available to all investors. Do we take away guns because some fool doesn't know how to use one?
