Leveraged/Inverse Products ... like other investment products, leveraged and inverse funds or ETFs have a useful purpose for those who have some understanding of the terms "leveraged" and "inverse"...
All a person has to do to understand what "leveraged" or "inverse" means is some MINIMAL research on their broker's
Please do not limit my ability to invest in certain products, such as leveraged ETFs. I know the risks; I understand these securities.
I have invested with these successfully in the past.
If these regulations are imposed, it will eliminate the neccesary credentials used to conduct business. If you do away with the series 7, FINRA opening the door to deception, coruption and illegal activity.
I am a well-versed investor and am opposed to further restriction which limits the publics ability to build wealth.
I want to be able buy leveraged and inverse funds.

Please note I've been investing with 3x leveraged ETFs (e.g. TQQQ) for over two years with no concern about the volatility of these instruments. The math should be simple for most people .... if 3x the underlying security, then invest only 1/3 of assets to obtain equivalent volatility of underlying security. This has proven to be beneficial since more funds are available to invest in

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities,
including cryptocurrency funds such as BITO. I believe that I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks.. I do not want or need
these measures imposed on me.
