I do not support this rule in the slightest. You cannot fail to define “complex products” and then make such products difficult for investors to access. What if next year, ETFs are considered “complex”? Please do not restrict self directed platforms from trading these complex products. It poses a severe threat towards market fairness by letting only big investors and institutions to trade instead of the common people. Retail traders should be able to freely choose whatever products they like to invest in. The privilege should be offer to ALL instead of the few.
