One of the restrictions would be on leveraged funds for which I have several. Your restrictions will cause them to loose great value and that is not something I want affecting my personal wealth.

Hello. I believe I personally should maintain the right to select the public investments for myself. In addition, I shouldn't have to submit to a special process such as passing a test. I am knowledgeable regarding leveraged and inverse funds and I do not deserve these regulations imposed on me.

I have a high net worth and significant knowledge of investments and currently invest in leveraged funds. I passed the CFA level I test without any study or preparation for it. I do not see any value in requiring me to pass a test or go through a cooling off period before I invest in leveraged or inverse funds.
I think people should be free to invest how they see fit.
