I oppose any regulations that restrict my right to invest how and when I wish. When I invest my own money- I should have the right to choose any public investment that I deem appropriate, regardless of my net worth. I should not have to be submitted to any special processes to access public securities such as leveraged and inverse funds. I am an educated individual and perfectly capable of understanding the types of investments I am choosing and their associated risks. It is important to have access to a variety of funds to develop a well rounded portfolio that helps you take advantage of current conditions and protect your investments. Please do not impose additional regulations on the average investor and allow us the same equal access as those who are more privileged.
