I'm a retail type investor that very much like to use leveraged ETFs as part of my investing strategy. I strongly oppose any restrictions on leveraged ETFs for retail investors. I understand it is 100% my responsibility to understand the risk associated with any investment. I understand there is potential for losses if I invest in leveraged ETFs. I very much like having maximum flexibility in the choices I can make for my investment portfolio.
BOTTOM LINE: I oppose any restrictions on my investment choices when it comes to leveraged ETFs. I have invested in leveraged ETFs for 11 years and I have owned at least 5 different leveraged ETFs over the years.
