I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public. I do NOT need you to deny me investments that you think may harm me, (they may not) simply because I didn't pass your test. The leveraged and inverse funds that I can invest in are tools that I use to further my investment. You should not deny me that ability.
Hello I have been investing for over 50 within the US equity, bond & commodity markets. Being a small individual investor my ONLY possible chance of hedging my portfolio to make it safe from downside destruction is to use leveraged and inverse instruments. Without this option of safety I would MOT be able to invest in these markets.
I oppose limitaciones to so-called "complex products" such as crypto-currency or leveraged funds. Free markets must be as free and ample as possible and allow any investor big or small.
I use leveraged funds to increase my retirement holdings. Do not restrict our ability to invest. The hedge funds and the billion airs can get away with anything. Like hiding half their worth in untraceable crypto coins.
