I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public. I do NOT need you to deny me investments that you think may harm me, (they may not) simply because I didn't pass your test. The leveraged and inverse funds that I can invest in are tools that I use to further my investment. You should not deny me that ability. There are plenty of us non accredited investors that are building portfolio's with these types of tools and they further our campaign to reach accreditation and wealth. You should NOT hinder that quest. Investors who do lose using the vehicles you seek to dis-allow will learn from their mistakes, as it should be.
