I, and not the regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
I use inverse funds as a hedge. I have made money, not lost money with these funds.
I object to FINRA's efforts to restrict access.
I would be in favor of regulating how such products are mrketed.
Please do not restrict any investor from using leveraged products. If you were to restrict my ability to deal with leveraged ETFs, you will create a situation where I am forced to use Futures or the illiquidity of the Options market to manage my risk or balance my investments' leverage accordingly.

I wont use money on margin, and leveraged ETFs have allowed me to significantly increase our familys financial security into retirement. We are a young family as my wife and myself are under 40. We understand the risks, and have been able to utilize these financial instruments in a beneficial way that no other options can.
