Investing in any security is complex. There are individual securities that are of much higher risk than the leveraged securities. The leveraged securities are offered generally for indices which consists of tens of hundreds of individual stocks. Individuals not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I have known the Leveraged ETFs' risk and invest in those ETFs by my own decision and risk. Don't make limit to buy or sell that options.
