I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST. What individuals choose to do with their money is their right and their responsibility. This type of regulation puts regular people at a much greater disadvantage than they already are. STOP IT!!
I am an individual investor managing my own savings. The leveraged inverse volatility fund is critical for my market volatility and risk management to reach my investment goal of stable long term returns. The leveraged inverse volatility fund smooths out market swings, which is the whole point of stable returns. Other leveraged funds are very useful as well. Don't ban these crucial vehicles
I use inverse etfs to hedge my portfolio. Similar to long only etfs, it allows short position across a broader spectrum than a single stock short position. In my circumstance, understanding and managing the risks of utilizing an inverse etf are a much better way to manage downside risk than the complexity of shorting individual stocks.

I absolutely think that this proposal to regulate or eliminate the ability of investors like me to invest in leveraged and inverse funds will hurt me and many others. These funds are NOT more risky than buying many individual stocks. The choice to invest in these funds should be made by investors not a government agency.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. That is what is the seed of whats the erosion of our country is the continued inflection on government entities trying to control the American people! Hi, Please leave the current platforms intact. Many investors have adjusted their portfolios to trade and invest in this setup. Changing this will cause major harm to investors. Obviously there is a lack of transparency when leverage products were allowed to manipulate the markets but now it is a mature market and public is very well aware of these products. Please do not change anything but
This proposed regulating will hinder my ability to position myself with the insurance/ hedge to my positions that I currently enjoy AND CHOOSE for my own money and investing methods. This method of investing is my chosen method. These types of funds allow a form of protection to my account by markets moving. I shouldn't have to go through some special process, get permission,etc. I
I object to any restrictions to what I may want to invest in. If an investor does not fully understand what they are investing in then it's up to them to educate themselves. I use leveraged, inverse funds & options all the time and do not want them to be regulated.
I don't want regulations on these products. I think everyone should be able to trade these ETF products.
