Hi I truly believe as an investor that we should be able to decide how we can invest our hard earned money, and not by regulators out there, every investor is aware of the risks that they take, and it should be totally up to them to decide how to invest their money freely and how big of a risk they want to take without any objections from government regulators, thanks
This is [REDACTED]! We have the right to invest in any ETF. This is clearly a case of lobbying on the part of large mutual funds that are upset because they aren't making the money they used too. I'll be watching to see how this vote goes!

I am an experienced trader who was a series 7 rep on Wall St. I understand leveraged funds and am completely comfortable trading them. They are important to my overall investment strategy, and it would be harmful to me financially if I were not allowed to trade them. Please do not place any restrictions on them.
Seriously guys? Stop letting only the rich invest in financial instruments that allow them to grow rich. This is ridiculous. I understand you want to prevent fraud. But this is NOT THE WAY
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. Leave it to end users where and what to invest.
All investments should not be regulated. If an individual decides to take a risk they should do so at their own discretion. Leverage is used in many other derivative assets like FX, futures, real estate, and options. Why should equity leverage be any different.
Comments: Enhancements are not needed. Leave trading these ETFs available to all without interference. Push education instead of limitation.
