FINRA, Please do not consider further regulations. I have a much broader knowledge of my investment goals than government regulators. Many of these investments are crucial to my overall investment strategy. Thank you, but I believe I am much more capable than regulators who may never have invested in these asset classes. PLEASE don't leave the average investor out of these strategies. Why
Why do you restrict my right to invest? I invest by myself, do not need other people help nor restrict.
I've been trading with leveraged and inversed etfs over years. FINRA should not regulate investor's right to choose leveraged or inversed as tools to build their wealth.
I oppose any restrictions to my right to invest.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

Your franchise doesn't empower you to
Federal regulation over-reach is one of the most dangerous current threats to our country. You do what you think is right for your life and I'll do what I think is right for mine. Freedom to do as we choose is probably the most important right that the Founding Fathers intended. Now FINRA is threatening to make even more inroads to our freedom.
