We should not make it harder for people to invest there own money. I do agree in that investor should be able to be given a notice, that what they are about to invest is very risky and should take it in to account that they might lose all or part of their investment. I, not regulators, should be able to invest for myself. I shouldnt have to go through special process & testing before I invest my money into leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds. I dont need regulators to impose measures on me. Leveraged and inverse are important investment strategies to hedge other accounts.
