Hi, please do not restrict leveraged ETFs. They are a powerful tool for retail investors to get leveraged exposure, without having to go through margin, options, futures etc.
- I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me
- I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in leveraged funds.
- I am capable of understanding the risks associated with these funds & taking wise financial decisions.

Barring the people from accessing these funds will only route them to riskier investment strategies such as options. So, please do not restrict them.
