I believe current rule and regulation is sufficient for individual investors to be able to able to invest in their on choice in leveraged funds. I am for the level playing field for the public in the investing and trading world.

I think these types of leverage isn't as complex, and should be allowed to trade. The opportunity to allow people to give their money a chance to work for them should not be restricted. People should have the right and opportunity to invest.
I employ a mix of stocks, and both leveraged and non-leveraged ETFs to achieve investment goals for over 10 years. ETFs provide a facile means to establish both long and short positions when markets reach extreme levels. Non availability of inverse and leveraged ETFs would make establishing planned portfolio positions difficult, if not impossible.
I getting tired of branches of government creating new ways of making life harder to get ahead. For retirement, short and long term investment and more. anyone who buys leverage etfs should be advised by their broker that their is risk but it is a good investment i love leverage but you need to know what you are doing please do not ban this i like taking on risks but i have strategies besides options which are way more risky
I oppose this rule. This is just another way to protect Wall Street and suppress retail investors. Retail investors have more than enough FREE information and support to understand any investment strategy.
Stop these stupid rules now!!!!
Please leave leveraged funds alone and please don't require retail investor to jump through hoops in order to invest in leverage funds.
