I oppose the leveraged/inverse ETF restrictions proposed in this regulation, which would disadvantage individual investors and greatly limit investment opportunities.
Leveraged ETFs are very helpful financial tool for retail investors. They are important to my investment approach. It provides investors access to a basket of stocks and in general it has protection against short raids by hedge funds. Please keep these important investment options around. DO not make retail investors even more weaker by taking this tool away from them.
Leveraged fund investment has allowed me to protect my current investment without selling of my current investment. Fidelity will not allow you to trade in all of the above unless you sign an statement stating that you are a sophisticated investor .I think even buffet is not a sophisticated . Even ETFs that are in your account cannot be purchased again without the signed statement good move FINRA
I believe that its a right to be able to trade whatever stock or etf I want. Regulating them so retail traders cant trade them and only the market makers can is not fair. Everyone should be able to trade what they want.
