This is ridiculous. I want my right to buy LEVERAGED AND INVERSE funds if I choose to do so.
Now more than ever people are expected to manage their own finances and financial planning. Taking away any free market options is ludicrous. Anyone can research leveraged and inverse funds and choose whether or not to take the risk of investing in them. Do not impose restrictions on the free market.
I oppose denying investors the ability to buy leveraged funds.
I OPPOSE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON MY RIGHT TO INVEST! I DON'T NEED 'REGULATORS' DEEMING ME 'WORTHY' IN ANY OF MY INVESTMENT DECISIONS. CONTRARY TO THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT'S THINKING, I AM MORE THAN CAPABLE OF MAKING MY OWN DECISIONS AND DO NOT NEED THEIR 'help' WITH MY MONEY!
Let me decide my own future. Not the corrupt government. Short and sweet. Have a nice day.
All public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged and powerful. Without having to go thru any special training or criteria.
Nobody just willy, nilly invests in inverse and leveraged fund. There is always a level of self education involved. Reputable brokers, news organizations, etc. provide more than enough guidance and education (not to mention a
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I've been an investor for over 30 years! I use leveraged and inverse funds as investment strategies to hedge my portfolio from market volatility
Leveraged funds offer the chance to enhance the benefits from successful high-conviction investment ideas for those with limited funds available to invest. They can help build wealth faster, so anybody should be able to trade/invest in these funds without interference or regulatory obstacles if they consider it appropriate for their situation and are willing to take the risks involved.
Comments: Enough already!!! Investors are aware of the risks in the stock market. The risks encountered by "L&I Funds" are not much greater than risks that the broader so called safe market experiences. If you need to regulate something, regulate "robot trading"
I would like to make my own decision as to what to invest. I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't need to pass any test before I can invest in public securities
