I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I've been an investor for over 30 years! I use leveraged and inverse funds as investment strategies to hedge my portfolio from market volatility and they also can protect me with a lower tax implication.
