People should be able to buy leveraged products in our free market. Individuals are capable of assessing risk and reward. I use these products as a limited portion of my portfolio. My investment strategy will be greatly affected if I'm no longer able to use leveraged products.

You should look at the structure, rather than impose restrictions.

My life has not been easy because of divorce and child custody battles, bad economies over the last 20 years, a relatively low income (mostly in the $50-$60 range) and living in high cost of living areas,
This is ridiculous overreach.
Dear Regulators:
I have been an investor in various markets for more than 50 years with experience ranging from stocks, bonds, and mutual funds to ETFs, commodities, real estate, complex financial instruments, and, most recently, crowd funding offerings. I understand, accept, and limit the risks of my investments. I should not be limited in my investments or be required to take creative means
There should be no restrictions on who can buy leveraged funds. Let the free market work.
Regulators have no business in how we make investments for ourselves
Please stop this from passing.
Do not restrict inverse/levered ETF's. You do not know best. Stay out of it and give investors more options, rather than less
Excessive restrictive regulation of a fund like this is unnecessary. It is a burden on investors and a waste of FINRA resources.
