Leveraged and Inverse Funds are a large part of my investment choices. I know what I am investing in. I know the risks. It's my decision to invest in Leveraged and/or Inverse Funds whether I make or lose money. It simply doesn't make sense to limit one of their ability to make money for themselves and their family. Regulators do not know my personal situation or my investment
I believe this is an unfair rule thats trying to take place. Investing is part of our rights of freedom and freedom to what we please with investments and money! We should be able to choose the public investments that are right for my family and I! Public investments should be available to all of the public not just the privileged.
To whom it may concern!
This is very unfair for most individual investors like me who wants to invest on my own at my own convenience and perform it quickly without having to go through financial advisers and wait on the phone forever to talk to financial advisers to get any transactions done. Public investments options should be available to the public, not just the privileged fews. That is
Everyone should be given a choice of what they invest in - stock , etf, option, leveraged etf, etc. No one is forced to invest in leverage etfs. I value it as an option.
NO REGUATION ON LEVERAGE TRADING. BY TRADING IN COVERED CALLS IT HEDGES & PROTECTS THE DOWNSIDE RISK. IT IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT TO MAINTAIN THIS STRATERGY. IT ALSO PRODUCES THE INCOME AS I NEED CASH TO LIVE ON SINCE I AM RETIRED AND THERE IS NO OTHER INCOME EXCEPT SS.
Hi, I'm capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks, and that they help me protect (hedge) my investments or seek enhanced returns, I don't needthesemeasures imposed on me. I completely oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
I am a mature investor with over 40 years of experience having a net worth in the mid 7 figures. I request that I retain the right to invest is products that short the markets
It screams lack of integrity when the regulations kicks in when the market is about to become the most volatile, instead of doing it before the tightening of the monetary policy.
Individual investors deserve the ability to manage their own risk and make their own investment decisions. It is preposterous to suggest that there are any real systemic threats to the financial system arising from these funds. If institutions can regularly take on risks that actually affect the broader financial system then individuals should be able to take risks that largely only impact
I should not have to go through any special like passing a test before I can invest leveraged and invest funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I dont need these measures impose on me.
