Thanks to all of you wonderful regulators stocks are extremely overvalued. So instead of putting 100% of my portfolio in stocks I put 20% in leveraged S&P 500 fund like UPRO and it performs the same as having 100% of my portfolio in stocks.

I find it to be complete CRAP that you want to limit the poor from investing in bitcoin proshares. I am not an accredited investor and should not need to be to invest in anything I wish. I don't even think most of the population realizes what's going on with this "accredited investor" business..
