All the rules are doing is hurting the small guy. Quit hurting the small guy. Enable us. Unleash cryptocurrency. Morgan Ray. [REDACTED]
I believe in a government where the individual is allowed to make decisions for themselves, and this includes investment decisions. Leveraged funds are not a large part of my portfolio, however, I do use them as part of my investment strategy when I deem such an investment to be necessary. It is not fair to allow only wealthy entities to engage in this investment strategy.
I choose investments based on my own research and situation. With a BS in Engineering and a MS in Science and Technology Management, I believe I am perfectly capable of making my own investment decisions without FINRA's help or interference. Arbitrary restrictions by FINRA is offensive to me - it's like you are trying to only let "well off - rich investors" buy
As long as people understand the risk then let people decide what to invest in. Government should not be interfering what the little guy can invest in.
I have only one thing to say to FINRA....the ONLY thing I need protection from is YOU. Stay out of my life, my wallet, my house and my neighborhood. I don't need protect6ion from myself. I can read. I know that leveraged ETF's are daily trading vehicles. I know because I am literate and I trade them ALL THE TIME. If I lose money it's MY FAULT not Proshares. Stay
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
Free Markets aren't Fair nor are they Free. They are profitable however. Mises Institute.
I'm opposed to any restrictions on opportunities to invest. I value the freedom to access a broad range of investment products that help me build better portfolios.
Do not limit our abilities to make investments. It's our rights as United States citizens.
I use leveraged and inverse funds routinely, in order to help balance my portfolios, and hedge positions when appropriate.
I consider availability of the these funds crucial to my investment strategies, and my portfolios.
Therefore, I urge you to allow these instruments to remain free for the public to invest in. Thank you very much for your consideration on this matter.
