I have only one thing to say to FINRA....the ONLY thing I need protection from is YOU. Stay out of my life, my wallet, my house and my neighborhood. I don't need protect6ion from myself. I can read. I know that leveraged ETF's are daily trading vehicles. I know because I am literate and I trade them ALL THE TIME. If I lose money it's MY FAULT not Proshares. Stay as far away as possible.
