People take on risk whenever they put money into financial instruments. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of the risks, even for leveraged and inverse instruments. The risk of these instruments is not so much greater than ordinary instruments that special regulatory framework is needed.
Please keep the markets free. All stocks have risks and rewards. Please allow investors to do research and calculate these risks ourselves. This is not an unlimited leveraged risk.
If you regulate this, then you should regulate all stocks.

Eliminating inverse leveraged ETFs will cause more risk for investors as they will be forced to spend more money on long leaps and be forced to shorting stocks which has unlimited risk. People need to be able to think for themselves and make their own decisions based on their risk tolerance.
