Every individual should have easy access to publicly available investment vehicles. There can be a place for these types of investments in many portfolios and any proposed rules should support equal access.

I'm frustrated and angry with our government and governmental agencies wanting to put regulations and other federal laws in place to make it more difficult to vote, to invest, to do anything requiring us to make our own decisions! We're not children and we're not stupid. In fact, many of us are quite intelligent. Case in point, me, I have a Master's Degree.
Complex investments is a substantial way I earn money for my family. Leave our livelihood alone! Stop the government overreach! I don't need the government restricting our means of life!

Investors should be able to choose what they want to invest in not the regulators. Investors who don't understand the markets have many options to choose from.
