This idea of regulation is only to block the average citizen from becoming financially secure. My personal investment strategy incorporates leveraged ETFs to better and more effectively hedge and grow capital in my personal accounts. These products are more cost effective and liquid than using otc & listed options or other margin-like products and facilities. Do not ban or limit their use by individual investors!

Please don't implement new regulations that attempt to protect stupid people from themselves. Leveraged and inverse products have been incredibly useful to me to hit my investment goals.
I believe that leveraged ETFs have their place. They allow a smaller dollar amount of capital to be at risk for roughly the same potential returns. They certainly are not for everybody and one should be made very aware of the risks, tracking errors, and internal costs.
