It is very important for me to have financial flexibility with my investments. I dont always think the S&P 500 will go up and I like the ability to invest in an inverse S&P 500 fund without needing to pick individual stocks to short. Please dont take away my investment flexibility.
I oppose restricting investing in complex products
I am totally opposed to ANY restrictions on my right to invest in public investments!
I do not believe you should limit leveraged funds to certain people, some of us are knowledgeable about the market and know how to use these tools but just aren't the elites of society yet. Eliminating my ability to use these funds would greatly hamper my personal investments gains. I am sorry if some people are not sophisticated enough to handle them.
My investments are my own choice. I interact with these investment options with a full knowledge of their potential risks. There is more than sufficient information available to the average investor to ensure full comprehension of these vehicles. Do not restrict this accessibility.
My investment strategies should not be controlled by regulators! This is a ridiculous consideration on FINRAs part. I as many others, do not agree.
I do not need or want special processes or tests before investing in leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding the principles and risks of such funds, and the strategies used to protect my exposure to losses. I have significant experience, and utilize fund strategies to offset risks in my normal investments.
Let people invest as they wish to.
Please dont make it more complicated to invest. People should have the freedom to invest in what they want.
