In regards to leveraged and inverse investments: Individuals, not regulators, should be able to choose the investments that are right for them and their family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the wealthy. I and other investors shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before we can invest in public securities, like leveraged
I am often trading leveraged funds to earn profit myself. I would like to continue doing so. It would be extremely unfair to limit my personal ability to trade, while letting companies and institutions to profit. I would end making less money and most likely will not have enough to retire. Please, stop this nonsense - let individuals like myself trade what we want to trade.
Let the people decide. Regulation is not needed.
Investments such as TQQQ are especially usefull to average, non-professional investors such as me.

Instead of implementing restraining regulations to diminish trades in high quality ETFs, FINRA should help spread the word about these great funds and allow more people to use them.

Do Not regulate the use of funds which are leveraged, or inverse funds as they are the easiest to use to get this feature without having to use options. The options have their own problems that are over regulated as it is.
The leveraged etf is important for asset management. Everyone should be allowed to participate into the market for fair chance to leveraged etf.
We should be able to invest in these leveraged and inverse fund products.
