I will be Very upset if Im not allowed to Invest in inverse Efts!! Especially with the market going down. This is for all the people, not just those that already have money weather they inherited it or earned it. I will fight you on this.
I am an American and have the right to freedom of speech and my own choices. I don't want to lose my freedom. My father fought in world war 2 to help keep freedom in the United States of America along with others and many who have lost their lives for freedom NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE THAT AWAY!!!

I resent, and am angered by the thought that governing folk, who I did not vote for, would assume power over my rights and freedom to invest my own money as I wish.
Leveraged and inverse funds help protect me from the ravages of governing-caused economic crises, and rampant inflation. The thought of faceless bureaucrats having more control over my personal investing practices annoys me.

I dont have a problem owning leveraged products in small portions of my portfolio. I think margin represents as much or more risk.

You can't regulate stupid. Don't fix what isn't broke. Newbies or inexperienced investors will find no better way to learn then to have skin in the game.
