Freedom to invest is vitally important to Americans. This freedon should not be abridged.
Individuals not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I study macro trends and bet on leveraged ETFs to success. This will impact my trading strategy.
Hello,
My name is Miran Yoon.
I am writing to you as an investor of leverage funds.
First of all, please let me invest freely.
I invested in it for a long term goal even though I understood its a high risk and high return product, because I believed that U.S. stock market would keep rising anyhow. Also individual investors like me, I think, must have access making money with high return leverage
Public investments should be available for all, not just the wealthy. This includes not including requirements for testing or risk assessment on the part of the government.
Since most of these funds follow (or inverse) the whole market, I have found that they are more stable than other funds. Removing the ability to invest in such things is truly hurting the lower, middle and upper middle class

I oppose restrictions against my right to invest.
To FINRA,
As a professional in the investment industry, I strongly feel the disclosures regarding investment performance and risk are well communicated and transparent regarding leveraged ETFs. It is very simple to understand those products that have 2x or 3x leveraged being specified as DAILY performance.
To limit the ability to invest in those products or to remove them completely would create
To whom it may concern,
I'm writing to express my dismay at the consideration of this proposal. Attempting to restrict the ability of the average American to access specific investment classes is overly-restrictive and represents a fundamental distrust of the intelligence of the people. Those that are willing to pursue an opportunity should only be limited by their own abilities, and
dont do this why take something away that help all people
