STOP THE CORRUPT NONSENSE!!!!
I have been investing in the stock market since the early eighties, and have I ever conveyed to you my displeasure in how you run things!! Absolutely not!! You will not infringe upon my right to buy and sell in the FREE market!!!

The choice of which investment products to buy is my choice, and should not be the choice of regulators.
I completely understand the risks these products carry. I do not need new regulations or tests imposed on me that limit my ability to purchase public leveraged securities.
I use leveraged securities to generate income weekly with a variety of strategies, and regulatory limits on my investment
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before i can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed upon me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. They help me protect (hedge) my investments and to seek
As if the deep state/ruling class doesn't already exhibit too much unfair, restrictive controlling policies intentionally designed to favor themselves and eliminate all poor and working-class citizens. This measure is yet another attempted move of intentional genocide, plain and simple. It's appalling, contemptible and requires public exposure, condemnation and shame.
Leveraged index funds of the Nasdaq and S&P are the single most important long-term investment option in the market today. They provide retail investors with the opportunity to make life changing returns and subjugating "ordinary people" to invest in non-leveraged index funds or mutual funds is an extreme act of Authoritarianism and the certain death of the Middle
There should be no one and or no government state or federal that should be allowed to tell those who desire to invest to put restrictions on it. There is always a note clearly stating that there is risk involved with all investments. Let the FINRA continue to safeguard the investing public against fraud and bad practices.
I would like to maintain my current freedom to invest in public securities of my choice and would oppose any new restrictions to my right to invest.
