It is my belief that any individual should retain the right to make investments as he/she sees fit without the imposition of restrictions if they deem a particular investment to be in their best interest. With particular regard towards leveraged and inverse funds, such an investment helps to create a balanced investment strategy that allows for individuals to hedge their investments. Ample
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest. All investments carry both risk and reward. A healthy market has abundance of both, best left to each individual investor to analyze, not gate-kept by an overseer. I don't want my market investments funneled through and likely excluded by regulators. I use leveraged funds to hedge my investments and should not have to pass a wealth-hurdle to do so
Telling investors what is too high risk for them is like telling them they cannot buy anything unless their government ok's it. Every purchase carries risk.....not just certain items traded in the trading system. Just who, has the genius to make those decisions? I've been searching for him/her for 70 years. Still stumbling along by myself, making a good living at it.
This is outrageous! I appreciate the service Titan offers me as I don't have time to research the market daily to analyze my associated costs and risks. Titan's portfolio allows me to spend my time doing what I like and what I'm good at, much like the hedge fund managers for the wealthy 1% that allow them to spend their valuable time on other activities besides market research.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in any public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am quite capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks and am actually insulted that you think you know what is right for me. I do not need these measures imposed on me or any other investor.
Sir, Regulators shouldn't choose the investments for my family. We are adults who understand the risk of investing in leveraged funds. They are important to me for a portion of my portfolio. They help me hedge my investments against market moves. In conclusion, we do not need these regulations imposed on us. I hope you will consider the views of the many investors who use these leveraged and
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and myfamily. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I have been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for years abd unterstand
Me - not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I do not need regulators to protect me from myself, and I should continue to be allowed to invest the money I earn in publicly traded Leveraged and Inverse funds. These investment vehicles are already approved for trading by the SEC, and I already receive "warnings" about their potential risks when I chose to trade them. Requiring me to "prove" I am worthy to trade them is a
By creating barriers for individual investors such as myself it will make planning for retirement significantly more difficult and time consuming. For example, I prefer to invest in target date funds which do not require a significant time commitment but ensure I will be diversified and manage risk as I get closer to retirement. For individuals with less time they may not invest altogether and
