Rule #22-08 is a bad rule for the nation.
I oppose the restrictions to the trading rights for investment.
Do not deny my freedom to invest in any financial product that is approved by actual regulations. More and restricted regulations are not in favor of a diversified portfolio.
Inverse funds are an important part of the spectrum of investing and should be available to everyone.
Do not make it possible for only the already rich and powerful to invest in potentially lucrative investments.

An individual should be able to chose the type of investments they want to invest in, without arbitrary restrictions.
