Dear Regulators,
I appreciate you trying to not let innocent people get in over their heads, but your regulations usually end up hurting more people than they help. An individual should be able to chose the type of investments they want to invest in, without arbitrary restrictions. Most people can easily understand leveraged and inverse funds, options, etc. They are not difficult to comprehend. Usually, your restrictions help the wealthy, but not the average fellow. Having a high net worth doesn't equal intelligence, even though those people might like to think that. Most people who invest in these type of funds will do so with a limited portion of their portfolio and don't need fewer investment opportunities.
